How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide whether to keep or return your items. Please click here for our Returns & Exchanges Policy 



Return Policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Wait and See tags , brand tags and security red seal attached within 14 days of receipt as per the clear instructions of the customer care team and following the submission of the Return Authorization Form.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address. 

Bags & Accessories

Dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. 

Shoes

Please return all items, including the dust bag and box and when available the plastic seal on the sole. When you try the shoes on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Hosiery, Swimwear & Underwear

Hosiery, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged to due to hygienic restrictions. 

Jewellery and Accessories

Please return the items in the original package with the security red seal attached. 

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if the order was sent and didn't match the requested colour, size or model. Please notify us directly by sending an email to eorders@waitandsee.it with your order number

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for any goods returned. We strongly advise using a courier who offers a tracking service.

Once the returned items are received, Wait and See can evaluate the state of the goods. 

Wait and See can’t accept returns of any item that is unfit for resale or without the original labels, packaging and red security seal.

Exchanging your Purchase

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to follow the below steps:

1-Send an email to ecommerce@waitandsee.it to receive the return instructions and the proforma invoice(s) or documents as needed stating your order confirmation number. Our customer care team might enquire about the reason of the exchange in order to improve our service. 

2- The team will check the availability of the requested item to exchange.

3- The team will send you an Exchange Authorization Form to fill and check if the product is available and the value is the same as the product initially purchased or you need to pay any additional fees

4- In case of exchange, you need to send the parcel back to: Wait and See, Via Santa Marta 10, 20123, Milan. Italy. Make sure to communicate the tracking number to the customer care team. 

5- Any shipping or duty fees are covered by you.

6- When the item is delivered back to Wait and See, the customer care team will inform you.

7- The team will check the product conditions and if the return meets all the criteria requested, the new exchanged product will be shipped back to you.

8- Additional shipping fees might apply when sending back the exchanged new piece.

Returning your Purchase

2- The team will evaluate the request and advise on how to proceed.

3- The team will send you a Return Authorization Form to fill and your request will be evaluated.

4- Once the return is approved, you need to send the parcel back to: Wait and See, Via Santa Marta 10, 20123, Milan. Italy. Make sure to communicate the tracking number to the customer care team. 

5- When the item is delivered back at Wait and See, the customer care team will inform you.

6- The team will check the product conditions and if the return meets all the criteria requested a product refund cost will be issued.

Exchanges and Returns

Once you have received the shipment, make sure to let us know straight away in case you would like to exchange or return the product(s) by sending an email to ecommerce@waitandsee.it stating the reason of the return along with the order number.

Once the customer team provides you with all the information and steps, you have 14 days form the order delivery to send the purchase back to Wait and See – Via Santa Marta 10, 20123 – Milan, Italy. 

Items must be returned in their original conditions with all Wait and See tags, garments tags and the security red seal attached. 

Returned items that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the original address. 

Please make sure to communicate the tracking number so we can trace the package as well. 

Shipping return fees are not covered by Wait and See unless the items sent were the wrong size, colour requested or model. 

What are the items marked as not applicable for return?

All Items that are returned within a period that exceed the 14-day window. 

Items with removed Wait and See tags, the tags of the brands as well as the red seal. 

Hosiery, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged to due to hygienic restrictions.

Items that are worn, used or damaged.

Returns and Refunds

Once your returns are received and approved, you will receive a refund of he amount of the products you have ordered.

The shipping cost is not refunded unless the item that was sent was the wrong model, colour, or size.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customers unless item that was sent was the wrong model, colour, or size.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Outside the EU, customs duty fees and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Shipping is not refunded unless you were sent a wrong order.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account
