Purchases made online between the 1st and 20th of December can be returned for a Return or Exchange up until the 3rd of January.

Making a return or exchange is easy.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide whether to keep or return your items.
Contact the Customer Service Team for authorisation as soon as possible at email@example.com stating your order number and outlining which item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You will be sent specific instructions based on your country of return and the required Return Authorisation Form.
Wait and See will not accept liability or accept the return of goods that are returned without the authorisation of our Customer Care Team.
Customers can return their order, for any reason, either entirely or partially.
Items can be returned for a size/colour exchange when the alternate product is available, or for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. A return must be accompanied by a completed and signed Return Authorisation Form following the instructions of the Customer Care Team.
Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all their original tags, red security seals, and with all the packaging and related accessories (shoe boxes, dust bags, plastic film on the soles of the shoes, bijoux packaging, etc.) received at time of delivery.
Returned items that do not meet the requirements as outlined in the Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address.
Hosiery including socks, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic restrictions. Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please first contact the Wait and See Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation and specific instructions.
Items can be exchanged for the same article in a different size or colour, if the product is available. The customer is responsible for returning the article they wish to exchange to Wait and See, once received, you will be sent the alternate size or colour at Wait and See’s expense.
Refunds consist of the price paid for the merchandise purchased, excluding the cost of shipping.
All refunds are made in Euros (€). Possible differences in the refunded amount may occur due to fluctuations in daily currency exchange rates and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the arrival date of the returned item(s) at our head office to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 business days.
When a PayPal transaction is refunded, the money returns onto the customer’s PayPal account or credit/debit card. How and when money is refunded depends on the original payment. Customers can refer to PayPal’s policy and check the status of the refund at any time, by logging into their PayPal account.
Refunds of items purchased by bank transfer will only be made to the original bank account used to make the purchase, and only after receiving the bank details from the customer.
Outside the EU, customs duty fees and sales taxes are non-refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange an item from a country within the European Union, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to our Head Office. We strongly recommend to use a postal or a courier that offers a tracking service.

If you wish to return or exchange an item from a country outside the European Union, we will email you a return UPS label along with the required completed customs documents to print.
Please ensure that the returning item is neatly packed in suitable packaging, the UPS label is securely attached to the outside of the package, with the documentation clearly displayed in a suitable clear plastic wallet. You can drop off the package to a UPS Access Point or arrange the collection with your local UPS office by following the instructions found at www.ups.com.
Please note that your return may be delayed if it is held in customs.
Please note carefully that the cost of the return shipping and any applicable customs duty fees or taxes incurred by returning the item to Wait and See are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the amount being refunded back to you for the returned item.
If you are exchanging an item, any relevant shipping, customs duty fees or taxes incurred for the item being returned to Wait and See will be charged back to the customer.
Once the returned item(s) are received, Wait and See will evaluate the returned merchandise to ensure that all conditions outlined in the Return Policy are met.
Wait and See cannot accept returns of any items that are unfit for resale. Items must be returned in their original condition, neatly packed and with all tags and with the red security seal still attached.
If the returned item(s) meet the conditions as outlined in the Return Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned merchandise. You will receive an email from the Customer Care Team informing you that your returned items have been received and the refund has been processed.
Outside the EU, customs duty fees and sales taxes are non-refundable.
If you have requested an exchange, the alternate size or colour will be sent to you once the returned item has been received.
All Items that are returned within a period that exceed the 14-day window.
Items with removed Wait and See tags, the tags of the brands as well as the red seal.

Items that are worn, used or damaged.
Goods are classified as faulty if the items are received damaged or do not match the ordered colour, size or model. Please notify the Customer Service team straight away upon receipt by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number, specifying the issue. Customers are kindly asked to provide detailed pictures showing the defect or the error.
In these cases, shipping costs and any applicable duty fees or taxes to return the item will be at the expense of Wait and See. Once these items have been returned and approved by our Customer Service Team, we will process the refund within 5 working days of receipt.
Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
